Leah Sirkin is an award-winning director, playwright and musician in San Francisco. She trained as an actor and theater creator at Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris and The Experimental Wing of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.

Leah has directed, performed and created new work in NYC, VT and San Francisco, including work with the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, Bread and Puppet Theater, The Marsh,Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, 

Z Space and the 48-hour Opera  Festival.

Leah grew up in South India, Greece, and Washington, DC. She sings and plays violin with the Aswat Arabic Ensemble, The Silk Road Caravan, Helm and her family band, Diaspora. She is a devoted yoga practioner and Iyengar trained teacher.
